Catchment Area
Fort Pitt Grammar School has four tiers of catchment areas to be aware of. Applicants who are attending Balfour Junior Academy or Phoenix Junior Academy will be given the highest priority, this is followed by applicants living within two miles of Fort Pitt Grammar School. The third tier is given to applicants residing in any of the following parishes: Allhallows, Cliffe and Cliffe Woods, Cooling, Cuxton, Frindsbury Extra (includes Wainscott and Upnor), Halling, High Halstow, Hoo St Werburgh (includes Chattenden), St James Isle of Grain, St Mary Hoo, Stoke. The last tier is based on distance from the school. Within any of the catchment area tiers, should there be oversubscription, applicants living closest to the school will be given the greater priority.
